[ANN] Open source "player-vs-player" shooter for tablets in Ceu+SDL2

“Rocks!” is an open source spaceship shooter game for 2 simultaneous
players on the same tablet.

The game is implemented in the programming language C?u and relies on SDL2.
It compiles to run in the Desktop or Android.

The code is all commented and aims to promote the concurrent/deterministic
programming style of C?u, which has been announced in this list previously:
