SDL_buffer 0.2.0 is out; you can download it from
http://www.crusaderky.altervista.org/downloads.php
This is a major release, as it’s free from SDL_gfx (i’ve imported some
critical code from it) and it’s waaaay faster than before.

- completely rewritten SDL_BufferResize; syntax has changed
- SDL_BufferReset is now usable
- SDL_gfx is not required any more
- many other fixes
