Announcing SDL 0.8.7

This corrects a silly problem with compiling under BeOS.
It doesn’t affect any other platform.

If you look on the download page, you’ll see binaries for Linux at version
0.8.5 and binaries for Win32 at 0.8.6 This is okay. It’s because no Linux
code was affected by the changes in 0.8.6 and 0.8.7

By the way, the votes for the logos were fairly evenly split between the
logos, with the metallic looking logo getting a few more votes. There
were so few final votes though, that I will announce the contest again
along with the official announcement of SDL 0.8 on comp.os.linux.announce,
freshmeat, and slashdot. Did I miss anybody I should announce to?

See ya!
