Subject: [PATCH] libs.doxy_template: remove obsolete values

This quiets some warnings under doxygen 1.9.8+.

- HTML_TIMESTAMP / LATEX_TIMESTAMP were deprecated in 1.9.8 [1].
- DOT_FONTNAME, DOT_FONTSIZE and FORMULA_TRANSPARENT were deprecated in
  1.9.5 [2].

These were all set to the default values, so there should be no effect
when using older versions of doxygen.
