Arianne 0.3.9.2

Arianne 0.3.9.2 released

This development branch is OFICIALLY dead, we are going to start from
scratch in Arianne 1.0.0

I told that the 0.3.9 version where going to be the last of this
development but due to some problems with the code I have released
this update as a patch to 0.3.9.1

So just untar it 0.3.9.1 and then untar 0.3.9.2. Now follow
instructions that comes with Arianne.

ChangeLog---------

  • A strange bug that makes player not to be remove until another one
    enters.
  • Now it compiles in Windows without changing the code.
  • Code under GPL license, because of an error we were working as LGPL
  • Removed a crash that happens when two server were open on the same
    machine

We are also looking for C/C++ developers, graphics designer and
crystal space developers for Arianne 1.0.0 .
You don’t need experience only some free time to spare in Arianne.

We are now doing in the design stage of Arianne 1.0.0. Even if you are
not a developer you can read the specifications, it rocks!!!.
The lastest version of the design document is 1.0.7

going to use SDL with it too? I dunno if CS has an SDL backend, but it

SDL is for the 2D client and Crystal Space is for the 3D client.
Althoug as most of the game is outdoor I need to test crystal space
behaviour in outdoor renders.

Ah… Check out the CS mailing list. There is usually quite a bit of
talk about it, as they’r working quite heavily on it. CS 0.16 is going
to be out Monday or Tuesday, and I think it’s going to have some serious
outdoor engine imporvement over 0.15.

And it should still have an SDL backend… ~,^
