Ascii thought

OK, I just had a VERY cool idea. Let’s synch up the OSMesa (offscreen rendering
driver) to the ASCII art code. Anybody object to this being added to SDL? (you
wouldn’t be able to use the ASCII/GL renderer on systems which didn’t have
OSMesa) We could also do a glReadPixels if OSMesa support isn’t loaded, but
that’d be slow. One per frame? Blech.
