I’ve fixed the MSVC++ compiling issues, I hope.
However, I found and fixed another bug that came in with the latest
changes from the development versions used in Kobo Deluxe;
SDL_SetClipRect(…, NULL) causes a segfault.
Weird I didn’t see it before, because the included parallax4 test
program demonstrates it before the first frame is displayed…
I’ll do some more testing before releasing glSDL 0.5. If there are
other known bugs, please report them, so I can fix them in 0.5 and
the upcoming backend patch.
