Bones animation?

Looking for a good place for info on how to perform bones animation.
Tutorials would be great…
Have an idea that seems to work, but would be nice to get other peoples
point of view.

Best regards

This really isn’t anything to do with SDL. Bones come mainly into 3D
work, try looking around a bit for OpenGL code that uses it.>

I’d suggest digging through OGRE a bit – I hear (never actually tested it
out myself) that thier skeletal animation code is pretty solid.

Here’s a URL: http://ogre.sourceforge.net/> ----- Original Message -----

Nice, short, mathematical introduction available here:

Yea, I kinda knew this wasn’t really SDL related. But then again. It’s very
often game related. And thinking of that and then thinking of how many
people here that makes games I thought that this was a good place to ask…

i think it would be neat if there was an SDL game programming list for
questions about game programming.

since everyone on the list just about is making a game and knows something
about it, its a great place to ask about such things, but its off topic for
the regular list.

what does everyone else think?> ----- Original Message -----

I run a game programming list where questions about SDL are very
welcome. Currently there are over 500 members (small compared to the SDL
list) but questions like this are always welcome. Check it out at:
