Both opengl/direct3d renderer broken on some machines

Hi,

Could someone look into those two issues:

They break both OpenGL & Direct3D for SDL 1.3 programs using Lua on some Windows systems! It would be nice if at least one of the two was fixed in mainstream soon so that an accelerated renderer works.------------------------
