Is there a recommended way to build and install SDL_Mixer with Visual
Studio? SDL comes with a CMakeLists.txt which allows you to generate a
Visual Studio solution complete with an install project. SDL_Mixer has
a VS solution without an install project and no CMakeLists.txt, so I
don’t see an easy way to generate an install project.–
