i just want to ask if there is a library used with SDL that make
buttons,scroll,tabs?
or not?
because i actually want to make a game that contain this stuff.

There are some GUI libs for SDL out there :

I highly recommend using Guichan [1]. They just released 0.6.1, and
it’s an excellent, simple GUI system that’s actually quite powerful.
