Call for help, need cross-compile linux->win binaries

Hello all,
I am having problems cross-compiling SDL_image.
I have followed the directions on the mingw
cross-compile page. I have used the
cross-compile-configure/make.sh scripts. they all seem
to fail. I have also passed flags to configure and
make. but still no luck:

My main problem is that I am missing the z,png, jpeg
libraries. I download the ones on the mingw page. I
put them in both /usr/local/cross-tools/lib and
include dirs
and /usr/local/cross-tools/i386-mingwmsvc/lib and
include dirs.
But configure seem to fail. When I build normally and
then modify the makefile to point everything to
prefix=/usr/local/cross-tools/ and i386-mingwmsvc/
I still can’t find it. (I used the cross-tools
sdl-config)

any help would be appreciated. Is there a binary
version somewhere? The mailing list archieves doesn’t
seem to have any answers either.

All I did was download the source for those three libraries, then used
the cross-configure and make scripts to build and install them, then
did exactly the same for SDL_Image.

I didn’t use the binary versions of anything, it was all compiled from
source.On Wed, May 08, 2002 at 02:12:41AM -0700, andy uehara wrote:
