Can not create window for Mac

I use my MacBook Pro with X-code to study SDL2，but wen I open the class one ,it can build but put one error: flock failed to lock maps file: errno = 35please help me.my mac os is 10.15.3

Does this or this help? They both suggest restarting your Mac.
