Changing wjich SDL_Surface I'm drawing to

Hi,

I’ve been using SDL with opengl for a while, and I’m starting to need
multiple SDL-gl surfaces. Looking through the reference docs, I think I
can manage creating multiple surfaces and then blitting them together
into the main surface, but my question is, is there a way to
change/select which surface I’m actively drawing to?

Thanks,
Bryan

Your question is a little on the vague side since you did’nt say whether you
needed to have multiple SDL or OpenGL viewports. But if you are using
OpenGL and SDL together you probably are refering to the OpenGL ones. You
need to look into the glViewPort command, which you can use to section off
your display. It’s up to you to keep track of what you are drawing to, not
SDL or OpenGL.> ----- Original Message -----
