Compile sdl 2.0.5 with vs2013 problem

compile sdl 2,0,5 on vs2013 successfully, and generate sdl2.dll.
When I use it to build my own project. Compiling and linking succeed,but can not run.
And sdl2.dll file size is smaller than in SDL2-devel-2.0.5-VC.zip.
