Compile SDL for arm

Hi,
While I am compiling SDL for arm, I got the following problem. Can you
help me out here??

/data/lart/cross/arm-linux/bin/ld: .libs/libSDL-1.2.so.0.0.2: Not enough
room fo
r program headers (allocated 5, need 6)
/data/lart/cross/arm-linux/bin/ld: final link failed: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [libSDL.la] Error 1

Sounds like a bug in the linker for your platform.
Can you upgrade your software?
