Compiling under Windows

This might be slightly off topic, but I’m currently writing a few tutorials
on how to write basic games. The tutorials are using SDL and source
downloads have make files.

However, I figure that the vast majority of people who look at these
tutorials will be Windows users since most Linux users will be able to
program and compile stuff easily.

Can anyone point me at a good place I can direct Windows users to help them
compile the source files?

Thanks.

That is what you say, but all most non-programmer Linux users know how to do
is ./configure, make, and make install for the standard GNU package.

Well, if they are a programmer already, would they need to know how to
compile? Basically, I suggest that you tell them yourself how you compiled
the source. A good tutorial doesn’t need to redirect anyone to another site.
