Contributing changes?

Idly, is it worth updating http://wiki.libsdl.org/Contributing to including
information about how to contribute changes to SDL itself?

AFAIK the only real process (as such) is to open a bug and attach a patch,
and then (maybe) some nebulous time later when your patch no longer merges
cleanly someone (Ryan probably) will poke at it and either close the bug or
merge the changes.

Is there a better/different way?
(If so, I think it should go on the wiki)~
Doug.

Sure, that’s not a bad idea.

It can probably be worded better though.

FWIW, regular contributors are given commit access and we do catch up on
safe patches pretty regularly so it’s not quite as bad as you think. :)On Sun, Mar 2, 2014 at 4:25 PM, Doug <douglas.linder at gmail.com> wrote:
