CVS update (FreeBSD, MacOS)

A new CVS snapshot is available:
http://www.devolution.com/~slouken/SDL/cvs.html

New in this release is the new include directory structure
(include “SDL.h” instead of <SDL/SDL.h>)

Also, it may work on FreeBSD - your mileage may vary

And finally, it has been updated for the Apple MPW compiler on MacOS.

This is of course a developers release, so if you are uncomfortable
with possibly unstable software, you shouldn’t use it. It is not
intended for general release.

The last time I looked at SDL under FreeBSD it had problems with threads. The
aliens demo was a case in point. Sometimes it would start up quite happily,
other times it would crash just after popping up the window. The GDB backtrace
was quite confusing.
