- Dummy audio and video drivers are enabled (thanks Ryan!)
- Added support for inline when using Visual C++
- Added a symlink to SDL 1.2 from libSDL-1.1.so.0 in RPMs
- When fullscreen in X11, leavenotify sends mouse motion
- Added FreeBSD VGL video driver from FreeBSD ports
