For this CVS snapshot, I have included new X11 fullscreen code which
was inspired by many people on this list. It does not require DGA nor
does it require root permissions. Try it out!
DGA is disable by default, but is still supported.
I also added the timer documentation contributed by Christian Biesinger,
and included the MacOS fixes contributed by Matt Slott. Thanks guys! 
Could someone check the MacOS code to see if it has broken?
