DOS graphical wrapper

SDL_GO is a graphical wrapper for Linux GnuGO,
but is it possible to do one for windows (or simply
create one graphical wrapper for DOS) ?
Graphical wrapper seems so powerfull !

I’ve tried since a week, but witout success. A shame.
