SDL rocks, and the fbcon driver works great. My question is whether it’s
possible to get hardware double-buffering (and thus sync with retrace)
when working through fbcon. Currently, I can’t get any modes to support
it. Is this a limitation of the fbcon kernel driver? Is it a limitation
of the SDL backend?
If either one, can someone suggest a suitable backend for hardware
double-buffering? I’m dying to get SDL_Flip() working, it’ll just make
me pee my pants.
