Fixing the SDL 2 project template for iOS

Hi,

I’ve just published a post on my blog which explains how to fix the Xcode
project template for iOS included in the 2.0.3 sources:

It would be nice is this was fixed for the next stable release and if all
the warnings were sorted out too. Please let me know if you want to have a
look at my project.–

Looks good.

Any chance you can send a patch or simple "replace these files"
instructions so we make sure it’s 100% correct?

it seems the ML doesn’t like attachments…

Okay, there were a bunch of userdata files which I didn’t include.

Can you double-check this commit?
