There ought to be SDL support for this system, right?–

Sure, and you’re the first person to volunteer for developing that support!
Thanks!

I can try it, if something doesn’t prevent me from working with the gp32.
I haven’t done any hacking on the SDL itself and I’m probably not the most
qualified person to undertake this kind of project so I can’t make any
promises at this time.On Mon, Feb 04, 2002 at 11:46:07AM -0600, EvilTypeGuy wrote:

How this game console will cost ??

How much? $199 USD from http://lik-sang.com
(~1,552.00 HKD), it says.

When it’ll released ?

It looks like it’s already released. They’re in stock.

What run on this game console ? Linux ? Home-Made Os ?

I don’t think there’s a standard OS right now. At least, I haven’t seen
any OS mentioned. I think there is some kind of library provided with
the SDK to simplify development.

The chip used is an ARM920T which is neither extremely new nor closed,
afaict. I belive gcc can compile code for this chip. You may see a
NetBSD, Linux, or whatever port to this gadget in the future. On Mon, Feb 04, 2002 at 01:41:55PM -0500, Gerard wrote:
