Oh, I already have. I submitted the incident last Monday or Tuesday. Still haven’t heard back. Hoping I won’t have to wait weeks on this… :-/

Did Apple release any App Checker or something similar,
so that people can check their Apps before they commit them to
Apple ?
I know people that waited months before any answer came back from Apple,
because just by accident, they used a system call that was not allowed.

No, Apple has a “Validate” option that verifies certain things before you upload, once you are at that stage. But other things apparently only a human can verify on the other end. (like choosing the Quit option and making sure the app quits… stuff like that.)
