Help! How to remove creation of 'stderr.txt' & 'stdout.txt'?

subj. I’m working under windows. My game will be playable from CD, and it
seems that if sdl can’t create those two files, it makes GPF.

What are recomendations?

Fixed in SDL-1.1.2 development release.

But is 1.1.2 stable enough to include in final product which should be
released next week?
