Help Regarding SDL-1.2.9

Hello ,

One concern is that I m using SDL-1.2.9 this is my first ever project
so I only have make some small modification .
When we compile and execute pwlib the small screen appears capturing the video
from the camera at the default location on the screen.
I want that screen to take user define location on the Screen (i.e. screen
co-ordinates).
I want that Static point of the screen to be Dynamic or the location where I
have to set the new points.
