Help with SDL and Frozen-bubble

I want to play frozen-bubble, i install the sdl-1.2.6, sdl_mixer,
sdl_image and sdl perl-1.19, and finally installed the frozen, but when i
will play 1p game, i receive a Illegal Instruction message, i try the back
to the sdl-1.2.5 but the problem persists, what causes the error, i use
the P4 2.4 processor with ECC 512 memory, help…
