Hg web interface: raw patch download fails

Hello,

It looks like getting a patch in raw format from the hg web interface
fails: instead of providing the patch, you just get the HTML page with
the diff instead.

Example URL: http://hg.libsdl.org/SDL/raw-rev/91ad7b43317a

Fixed, sorry about that!

(hgweb apparently aggressively caches this stuff, so hitting refresh on
the same URL might not show you the raw version in your browser, but try
a different URL and it’ll work.)
