Just say the words , your wish is my command…

http://lazyfooproductions.com/SDL_tutorials/index.php is a good online
place to start. If you have some money and experience with C, the book
Programming Linux Games is very good at explaining everything. It covers
a few other game programming concepts too.

Mostly yes. The SDL part (which is what you’re interested in) applies to
Linux, win32 and other platforms supported by SDL, since it’s cross
platform, unless stated otherwise. On Sun, 2006-09-24 at 00:34 +0300, Engin ?alar wrote:

The SDL wiki has examples and the API reference. May not be what
you’re looking for but make sure to keep it close at hand.

There’s always my book: Game Programming in C++: Start to Finish. That
might help you out.
