How To Convert SDL1.2+OGL To SDL 1.3?

How To Convert SDL1.2+OGL To SDL 1.3 ???

Hi,

I am starting to think about porting my games to iOS/Android SmartPhones/Tablets.

My game engine: “GT-R Twin Turbo” uses the following:

  • SDL 1.2, SDL_Image, SDL_Mixer, SDL_TTF, and OpenGL®.

How would go about converting my games using above engine to SDL 1.3 ?
Will it be very difficult? Does SDL 1.3 support image scaling/rotation/hue change?

And what is the current status of SDL 1.3 on iOS/Android SmartPhones/Tablets?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!------------------------

SDL 1.3 supports scaling.? Rotation requires raw OpenGL, and hue change requires shaders.? Using either one without hacking SDL a little is rather difficult, since there’s no API for retrieving the GL handle to a texture.? I have a shader for RGB and HSL transformations, including hue shift, if you’d like one…________________________________
