How to propose patches to SDL TTF?

Hi, I’m new to contributing to SDL.

How do I propose patches to SDL TTF?

This is the patch that I want merged:

That was created back in 2015 but hasn’t been replied to, I’m assuming because it’s not the process for proposing patches? What’s the right way to do it?

Nevermind, got a response on the bug, looks like bugzilla is indeed one of the ways to propose patches
