How to usa a touchscreen as mouse

Hi All, I have written the driver for my et057003dh6 touchscreen and from
kernel it works,
If I use the evdev interface I’m able to read coordinates from userspace.
How can I tell SDL to use my tochscreen as mouse?
Where can I study this issue?

Just my .2 cents: Ages ago I was using tslib inside SDL (I don’t
remember if a patch is needed, but it worked for me.)

Does tslib has the support for event subsystem just builtin?
