Ok should be all set. Inside your dir there is SDL which is the current
snapshot.

Okay, I got it to link and merged the changes into the latest SDL development
snapshot. I removed the working directories so we wouldn’t get confused.

There are serious problems with pthreads on your machine. Check out the
test program in ~/test/ You might look to SGI for some patches, I know
there are a couple for pthreads on IRIX 6.2

I didn’t look to see if the audio development libraries were there. Are
they still a commercial product in IRIX 6.x?

Not sure we are part of the varsity program, and should get pretty much every
thing. If we don’t have it, we just have to ask for it.

I have a copy of irix6.5 that I need to install soon. How about I do that
before you do anymore work on the machine? It’s suppose to be a heck
of a lot more stable.

Sorry,
I have to take off. Kind of a busy week. Buying a house, and
was selling my old one but that fell through. So I’m suck with two
and trying to work out the money stuff.
