Input from User!

Hi all,
I would like to create a Graphical interface ( a small window where the
user can enter some value) , and the value entered by the user should be
available to the program after the user presses the enter key. I am new
to SDL, and hence I am not sure on how to implement the same.
If someone can provide me with some hints on how to go about, it would
be very helpful.
Thanks,
Raj

SDL is primarily a low-level graphics abstraction library. Have a look
at the ParaGui library, which uses SDL to present graphical user interfaces.

You could code basic GUI support yourself, but don’t bother unless
you’re just interested in a programming exercise. ParaGui is nice.

SDL_gui is another SDL-based GUI library, but ParaGui seems to be more
complete.
