Is possible to compile sdl_gfx in msvc8 (express )?

Hi!

I?m in trouble with the sdl_gfx build in msvc8.
I have warnings about signed x unsigned operations, dll linkage, etc…
The resultant DLL OR LIB is useless. :frowning:

Do you know how to configure the MSVC8 ( 2005 Express ) compiler to do this?---------------------------------
