Is there a known problem with the Samsung S8 keyboard?

I have a strange problem, the users of Samsung S8 and S9 and Samsung Note 8 can’t send the text in my game when they press Enter if they use the default Samsung keyboard. It works fine on all other phones, or keyboards. If they use a different different keyboard such as Switkey it works fine.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to such a phone, so I don’t know if the problem is mine or not, so I was curious if anyone has experienced this before.

Any news regarding this? Or any possible workaround, besides for using a different keyboard?
