Joystick support

Does SDL support usb joysticks under Linux that use the evdev
interface? I have a Gravis Gamepad joypad that plugs in via usb and is
recognized by the HID driver. How do I make SDL enabled programs see
it?
Please reply directly to me as I am not on the list.

Hey,

If I remember correctly, this was on the list a few weeks ago… There’s a
compile-time option (eg ./configure argument) that does this… Look through
./configure --help, or just check the list archives
