Hi there,
I have seen the code for blitting an area and so on but I did not found
one for rotate and zoom an area to the screen.
Pls can someone give me a hint?
Thanks,
Adib.

You have to use an external lib. I know SDL_gfx does that, but I never
tried it :

it is not supposed to be as fast as zooming directly to a screen
surface but to prescale to a buffer and combine those. For some
limited purpose I did develop http://sdl-stretch.sf.net to do a
zoom directly to the screen surface. Other options may be found
in the list of external library projects at http://libsdl.org
