Libsdl.org downtime

FYI:

We’re upgrading libsdl.org to a machine with more RAM and disk, so if
you try to reach the website and it doesn’t reply: we know, and we’re
working on it.

Most things (hg, wiki, bugzilla, buildbot, etc) will go down for a bit;
the mailing list should keep working, as it’s hosted elsewhere. We’ll
be back soon, though!
