the license of src/video/fbcon/riva_mmio.h does not grant any rights to
modify or redistribute this file. It has to be considered as non-free.

Do you have more information on this?

Actually, it went like this:
Riva 128
Riva 128ZX
Riva TNT
Riva TNT 2
Riva Geforce
Riva Geforce 2…

That said, hardly anyone knows that the Geforce series is part of the Riva series…

Update from Tom Callaway: The contents of this file is also part of
xf86-video-nv, which was relicensed to MIT in 2008. Therefore it should
be ok to have the file in the archive, but it would be good do get an
updated license from Nvidia.
