Licensing Question

We’re including SDL with a proprietary app and we’d like to make sure
we do this right.

The version we have developed with and would like to include is
labeled as 1.3, hg hash f3c34d3.

Would this fall under LGPL or zlib?

I presume since 1.3 is the dev branch that became 2.0 that it’d be
zlib, but I’d like to be sure.

If this isn’t the place to ask this I’d appreciate a push in the
correct direction.

Thanks,–

SDL 1.3 was officially announced to use the zlib license on April 7th,
2011, in case that eases any worries.
