Mac OS X devel package fails

I am trying to install the 1.2.7 Mac OS X devel libraries. The
installer appears to work, but all it creates is an empty SDL.Framework
directory in my ~/Library/Frameworks folder. The Xcode project
templates are not installed either.

System:
Apple PowerBook 12" G4 867MHz
Mac OS X 10.3.2

I’m also seeing the same problems. It doesn’t install the xcode templates,
either - I only see SDL as an option when I select new target, and then it
doesn’t actually do anything.

Is there a way to get a list of what is supposed to be installed and where ?

Thanks,
