Make files for building SDL with the Borland's free compiler

Hi Ney,
I did not see your original post back in December, so hence the
reason why I did not respond to it.

The reason why the .mak files are the way they are is because I used
C++Builder 6 to generate the the MAK files and as you spotted there is a
bug in the MAK generator to do with the -b switch. I tend to use the
Borland project files.

Anyway, I will make the changes you suggested and will then send them to
you for further testing and once that is done, I will forward a new
Borland.zip file to Sam for inclusion in future releases.

Hello.

I would first like to thank you both for taking the time to put together
those nice instructions on how to build the SDL using the Borland
compilers. I had benefited from them back in December and did so again
recently. However, I was sad to realize that some issues I had found out
back then are still present in the make files.

Please, I would like to request that those issues [1] were addressed and
fixed in the official distribution, so that other developers may be able
to build the SDL in a trouble-free manner.

Thank you very much,

I’ve already fixed them in CVS, go ahead and try those out.

See ya,
