I notice there’s no download for a Mingw 1.2.3 development library. I’ve
tried compiling from source, but had no luck. Is SDL no longer supporting
this platform? I’m not currently subscribed to this list, so please send

There’s no download just because I hadn’t had a chance to build
cross-binaries yet. It should still work. Are you using the tools
provided on the SDL website? http://www.libsdl.org/Xmingw32/
