My win32-dependencies update

due to the deposit of many great new SDL releases yesterday, i’ve had to
update my own little win32-dependencies package. i mainly need to do
this for my own project, pygame. but it is easy enough to make these
libraries available for anyone who wants them.

big thanks to sam and the rest of the SDL crew for these great new
helper libraries. from what i can see they’re all running very smooth.
the native midi support is quite nice on windows, and i’ve also finally
been able to update my package to use SDL_ttf-2.0.4, it’s great!

anyways, all my package really is a big zip with all the headers, libs,
and dlls for SDL development. it’s easy to use, and i’ve tried to enable
just about every optional feature. (although i see sam has added more of
these features to his own windows binaries :])

if you want it, go ahead and grab it here. i keep it fairly up to date.

grin Yeah, I’m very happy with the new releases.

Thanks for the win32-dependencies and your pygame work!
