Need help with SDL game project

Well… You’re gonna’ have to be a little more specific than that -
unless you’re actually just spamming the list.

Yeah and you’d have better luck asking this as gameprogrammer.com if it
isn’t an SDL specific question (:> ----- Original Message -----

No spamming list…

Hi,

I am working on a SDL game project to be released on CNet early September.

I have an early beta operational now, and need to run the
audio/visual/control engines on different computer systems to learn about game compatibility

If you have Microsoft Windows on your computer and would like to help with
testing,
then e-mail me at SLNTHERO at AOL.com (mailto:SLNTHERO at AOL.com)

Thanks in advance

Jesse

Dude, your games look sweat, but please stop telling about them to us.
This is a development mailing list, where a lot of people don’t even run
Windows and a close sourced game has no value for most of us (we are into
doing games, not playing them ;)).

Asking for specific technical help is fine of course. Otherwise, there are
better forums that people already pointed.

I respect your beliefs.

I believe he was saying that the majority of people who are interested
in making games do not play them or use windows.

I was speaking out for the (minority?) of users who make games, run
windows and also, dare I say it play games.

Quite frequently SlntHero at aol.com sends mails to the list about new versions
of his games. I like to keep in touch with various projects and I for one
don’t feel like this list is appropriate for that kind of mails.
I was just trying to be nice telling him that there were better audiences for
playing his games than this list, not trying to bash anything or anyone.

I call them as I see them. If I can’t see them, I make them up.

My objection is the approach of the subject line looking like a request
for help when, in fact, the message switched focus to a sales pitch.>>> On 8/13/2006 at 7:45 AM, in message <200608131345.47122.rpmcruz at clix.pt>, Ricardo Cruz wrote:
