New SDL Documentation Release

The latest version of the new SDL API Reference is now available in HTML
and SGML DocBook format at:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=4324

This release is almost identical to that included with current SDL CVS.

Of course. The docs currently included with SDL CVS have manpages. However
there are some problems with the conversion. I’ll have better looking man
pages in a week or so.
