Newbie sdl question

Hi,

Just curious if there is *.midi support in the audio portion of the sdl
library. I see that there is *.wav support, but if midi is also
supported could someone give a small example on how to load and play a
midi file. I working in win32, and I am not actually familiar with
Linux, is midi also supported on Linux systems?

thanks
Hubert

Not sure try the SDL_mixer library for SDL… It handles all kinds of
good stuff!

SDL_Mixer has support for playing Midis via the Timidity Lib (the lib
used by kmidi), it plays them via software wavetable with GUS patches.
